In 1995 I published Hurried into Eternity.







In the years that followed to 2000 5 other booklets on Accidents and Disasters in Scotland were produced.







Over 500 Accidents are covered in the series.







The latest book, A Handful of Dust will be available from 1 August 2005.

Below "Hurried into Eternity" . This book features 70 separate incidents, with the names of 750 victims of Accidents and Disasters in Scotland from the first half of the 19th Century. Among the accidents covered are the Laigh Kirk ( Kilmarnock ) 1801, Meikle Ferry Diaster ( Dornoch ) 1809, Canal Boat Disaster, Paisley, 1810, Comet II sinking, from 1825, Glasgow Theatre Disaster 1849 and the Nitshill Pit Disaster, from 1851.
